Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the remote Account Director - Sales will manage pipeline and client relationships, drive revenue through outbound efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent deal flow and high-quality client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage pipeline across outbound opportunities while partnering with assigned BDRs for lead generation
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery calls to contract execution, including proposal presentation and negotiation
- Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting while tracking sales activity and deal progression
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising is preferred
- Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
- Existing book of business is a plus
