Job Summary

Focusing on sales growth within the Central Region, the full-time Account Director, SLED will manage existing and prospective Higher Education accounts, promoting Zayo's fiber infrastructure and connectivity services while achieving sales targets through proactive account management and new account acquisition.

Key responsibilities:
  • Generate sales revenue by promoting Zayo products and services to targeted accounts
  • Meet sales goals through aggressive prospecting and manage customers through the sales process
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account strategies and maintain customer relationships
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in solution selling to large accounts
  • Strong financial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Thorough understanding of account management and the strategic selling process
  • Knowledge of Zayo Networks products and services, including Ethernet and Dark Fiber
