Job Summary
Focused on growing existing customer relationships, the full-time Account Director, Strategic Accounts will manage a portfolio to drive expansion, upsell opportunities, and long-term value while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, emphasizing expansion and long-term value creation
- Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts through a consultative, insight-driven sales approach
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, collaborating with Sales Engineers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Required qualifications
- Proven success in account management or expansion-focused sales roles
- Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within complex organizations
- Experience managing mid-length sales cycles (4-8 months) and owning deals end-to-end
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on relationship-building and value discovery
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus
