Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Enablement Manager to provide centralized support for client groups and enhance operational efficiency within the Account Management organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shared client support for a large portfolio of smaller accounts, responding to inquiries professionally
- Coordinate enrollment communications and execution with internal marketing teams and external partners
- Develop and improve standardized tools and processes for scalable client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in account support, account operations, client services, or marketing operations
- Experience in health, benefits, digital, or partner-driven environments preferred
