Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage customer relationships and drive contract renewals and expansions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle and drive expansion opportunities for assigned customer accounts
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and collaborating with partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to close renewal and expansion agreements while mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software, or security solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in large account relationship management
  • Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability and results-oriented approach
