Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive focused on recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through consistent outbound activity and proactive prospecting
• Secure new business appointments and identify decision-makers to position tailored recruitment marketing solutions
• Manage and grow a book of business, including client relationship management and delivering virtual presentations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Ability to manage multi-month, multi-product sales cycles
