Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive responsible for managing and supporting customer accounts while consulting on technology needs and working with the Business Development team to acquire new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer base and fulfill contractual obligations
- Develop relationships within assigned accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling services
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to acquire new business and monitor Key Performance Indicators for clients
Required Qualifications
- Must pass the Account Manager Exam
- Demonstrated organizational skills and business acumen
- Ability to build internal and external relationships
- Willingness to work effectively in a team environment
- Meet minimum performance requirements within 6 months, including managing $50-60k in MSP revenue per month
