Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on enterprise change
- Expand accounts by understanding business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth
- Manage the full deal lifecycle, from prospecting to closing opportunities with urgency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or services
- 2+ years of account management experience with a substantial book of business
- Proven success in closing deals ranging from $50K to $200K with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in leading conversations with directors, VPs, and executive sponsors
- Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts
