Job Summary

Managing a book of business in a hybrid role, the Account Executive will retain and grow existing accounts while developing new customers within the legal community, utilizing consultative selling skills and prospecting techniques.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in an assigned territory through renewal retention and strategic expansion of the customer base
  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies to meet their business needs and enhance their ability to generate business
  • Maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, forecasts, and market intelligence
Required qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales/account management within a professional B2B environment
  • Proven track record of revenue retention and sales success, consistently achieving performance at 100%+
  • Experience in developing new customer accounts through heavy prospecting and cold calling
  • Previous sales experience in digital marketing and/or the legal industry is a plus
