Job Summary
Supporting the Account Team in delivering digital promotional marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, the full-time Account Executive will manage day-to-day tasks, project documentation, and client communications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of client business and communicates relevant insights to the account team
- Creates initial drafts of account documentation, including briefs and presentations, while ensuring quality and brand continuity
- Supports scheduling and organization of client meetings, producing comprehensive notes and follow-ups on agreements
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience, with industry-related internship preferred
- Proficiency in business software (MS Office) and online tools
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about business and multichannel marketing
