Job Summary

To drive new customer acquisition within large enterprise organizations, the full-time remote Account Executive, Texas will manage the entire sales cycle, develop strategic sales plans, and engage with technical stakeholders to position Temporal's solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate large, matrixed enterprise accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of selling to technical decision-makers
  • Experience navigating and closing deals within large, complex organizations
  • Demonstrated success in driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue within enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with consumption-based sales models and driving adoption of technical products
  • A passion for technology and a strong curiosity for solving complex customer challenges
