Job Summary

Providing outstanding client service and support, the hybrid Account Executive will manage a portfolio of clients within the Commercial Banking division, ensuring effective communication and resolution of client issues while participating in the sales process as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved
  • Consult with clients to recommend appropriate products and services, while maintaining accurate client records
  • Participate in the sales process by offering support, product expertise, and conducting product demonstrations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years in client-facing roles
  • Ability to accurately understand and audit financial statements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
