Job Summary
Providing outstanding client service and support, the hybrid Account Executive will manage a portfolio of clients within the Commercial Banking division, ensuring effective communication and resolution of client issues while participating in the sales process as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate products and services, while maintaining accurate client records
- Participate in the sales process by offering support, product expertise, and conducting product demonstrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in client-facing roles
- Ability to accurately understand and audit financial statements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
