Account Executive
Job Summary
To support network development, the full-time Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, assist in departmental activities related to provider satisfaction, and resolve disputes while working remotely from Baton Rouge, LA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with core providers to enhance performance in fee-for-service programs
- Assist in departmental activities focused on provider satisfaction, education, and communication
- Utilize data to improve provider relationships and conduct site visits as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree required or 1+ years as an Account Executive
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering provider education and training
- Strong communication skills for effective provider onboarding and support
- General operational knowledge related to claims, payment integrity, and provider data
