Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance account management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• SaaS experience preferred
• Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Relationship management experience with the ability to gather and communicate customer feedback
• Self-starter who works well independently
