Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
• Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and maintain regular communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• Preferred experience in SaaS
• Proven experience in onboarding and customer success processes
• Experience in relationship management and collecting customer feedback
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter
