Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
• Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and maintain regular communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• Experience in SaaS is preferred
• Proven ability to contribute to onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Experience in relationship management and customer feedback communication
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
