Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert in the product and industry to advise salon and spa owners
Manage the full sales process from lead to closed opportunity, including discovery calls and product demonstrations
Maintain and nurture a strong sales pipeline while collaborating with the onboarding team

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in high-volume SMB SaaS
Consultative, customer-first sales approach
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Proven history of professional success and commitment to growth
Experience with small service-based businesses is a major plus
