Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage enterprise customer relationships and oversee the customer journey.

• Create and execute account plans for high-value strategic accounts
• Manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships with a matrix account team
• Lead quarterly business reviews and own client renewals and expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management
• Experience managing complex, high-value accounts
• Proven ability to create and sustain strategic partnerships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
