Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development | Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present services to prospects and partner representatives
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Manage sales cycles from lead engagement to deal closure and client onboarding
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling or relationship management in the HCM or WFM industry
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
  • Experience in cooperative selling with partner representatives
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented
