Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) professional services for UKG software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present services to prospects and develop mutually beneficial relationships
  • Manage sales cycles from lead engagement to deal closure and client onboarding
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients and the company while ensuring alignment with UKG's objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling or relationship management in the HCM or WFM industry
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
  • Experience in cooperative selling with partner representatives
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented with effective negotiation skills
