Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing business purpose loans with real estate investors
  • Execute a high-velocity outbound sales strategy to build a pipeline of qualified real estate investors
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a best-in-class borrower experience and provide market insights to leadership
Qualifications + Preferred Experience
  • 2-4+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, focusing on outbound prospecting
  • Direct experience originating loan products for residential real estate investors
  • Strong technology orientation with experience managing a pipeline in a modern CRM
  • Personal or professional experience as a real estate investor is preferred
  • An existing network of real estate investors or industry partners is preferred
