Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to join their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing business purpose loans with real estate investors
- Execute a high-velocity outbound sales strategy to build a pipeline of qualified real estate investors
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a best-in-class borrower experience and provide market insights to leadership
Qualifications + Preferred Experience
- 2-4+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, focusing on outbound prospecting
- Direct experience originating loan products for residential real estate investors
- Strong technology orientation with experience managing a pipeline in a modern CRM
- Personal or professional experience as a real estate investor is preferred
- An existing network of real estate investors or industry partners is preferred
