Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
• Initiate outbound outreach to spark interest and book qualified meetings
• Collaborate with account managers on outreach strategy and manage activity through CRM

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or outreach roles
• Experience in professional services, staffing, or B2B industries is preferred
• Confidence in cold outreach and ability to handle rejection
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity to learn from interactions
• Strong self-direction and time management skills
