Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Customer Base.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive add-on business sales into existing accounts and manage complex sales cycles
• Implement value-selling processes and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
• 3+ years of selling experience to organizations of 1,000 or more employees
• Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and strategic competitive landscape
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
• Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic partners and alliances
