Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities within Enterprise and Mid-market segments
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent movement of deals through various stages
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop a comprehensive territory plan focusing on high-growth industries
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the North American market
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance, and Testing methodologies
- Proven experience selling within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira) is highly valued
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales productivity tools
