Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video discovery with prospective members to establish relationships and secure commitments
• Provide tailored value and guidance based on the unique business attributes and financial needs of prospective members
• Manage a pipeline of leads through diligent follow-up and collaborate with Marketing on outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a FinTech or related SaaS role, with a focus on client acquisition and business development
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
• High emotional intelligence and a proactive, independent learning attitude
• Empathetic understanding of small business challenges
