Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications and logistics coordination with client teams and patient ambassadors
• Support development and review of materials for patient engagement and product communications
• Prepare and monitor materials through the client's medical/legal/regulatory review process using Veeva

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, English, or a similar major
• 1-2 years of agency experience with an interest in healthcare and science communications/public relations
• Experience supporting biotech and/or pharma clients preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Veeva
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
