Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow their customer base in cloud communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and expansion
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new customers through targeted outreach and campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Proven track record in sales and executive relationship building
  • Strong understanding of solution and value-based selling
  • Experience with UCaaS or similar services is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
