Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow their customer base in cloud communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively prospect and acquire new customers through targeted outreach and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management
- Proven track record in sales and executive relationship building
- Strong understanding of solution and value-based selling
- Experience with UCaaS or similar services is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
