Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive Level 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, building and overseeing a pipeline approximately three times the sales quota
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive outbound efforts, generating around 30% of total deals
  • Own the sales process from discovery to negotiations, aiming to close a minimum of 40% of deals successfully
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role, achieving at least 95% of the annual quota
  • Ability to self-source 30% of total deals through proactive efforts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of software solutions and effective communication of their value
  • Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback and self-reflection
