Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery excellence for TPA P&C clients
Oversee service delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and execute client retention strategies while identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

7-12+ years of experience in P&C insurance, TPA, or claims services
Strong background in client management/account management
Deep understanding of claims operations (WC, Liability, or Property preferred)
Proven success in client retention and account growth
Bachelor's degree preferred
