Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and drive a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct high-quality discovery and manage the full deal strategy from first conversation through close
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, sales process, and contribute to the sales playbook evolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B software sales role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative discovery skills and comfort selling on value
  • Organizational discipline to manage a pipeline independently
  • Willingness to contribute beyond personal sales goals
