Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business and close deals with benefits decision makers and C-Level Executives
- Deliver pitches, address objections, and answer questions effectively
- Leverage personal networks to schedule meetings with HR Leaders at Fortune 500 companies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise-level services or software
- Experience in building revenue at a growth stage company, preferably in healthcare or HR/benefits
- Experience managing 6-9+ month sales cycles and attaining $1.5-2M+ quotas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Impeccable follow-up and persistence in moving deals through the sales cycle
