Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new business and close deals with benefits decision makers and C-Level Executives
  • Deliver pitches, address objections, and answer questions effectively
  • Leverage personal networks to schedule meetings with HR Leaders at Fortune 500 companies


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise-level services or software
  • Experience in building revenue at a growth stage company, preferably in healthcare or HR/benefits
  • Experience managing 6-9+ month sales cycles and attaining $1.5-2M+ quotas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Impeccable follow-up and persistence in moving deals through the sales cycle
