Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive III to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing and account management handoff
  • Manage assigned territory targeting small-to-mid-market accounts in commercial or residential real estate sectors
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through inbound and self-generated leads
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Full understanding of sales methodology and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
