Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales in the SMB or mid-market SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and handoff to post-sales teams
- Utilize a consultative, value-based selling approach to address customer challenges
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and account development
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology or SMB SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with consultative selling and Value-Based Selling methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems for pipeline management
