Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to generate new business within assigned territories for local governments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell web-based software solutions to local governments within the assigned territory
- Meet or exceed assigned territory goals and forecast business accurately
- Develop consultative relationships with local governments and manage the buying cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field, or comparable experience
- Experience in highly competitive markets preferred
- Proven track record of selling software application deals in similar markets preferred
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
- Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills
