Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive who will manage the entire sales process from outreach to closing deals and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing new business
- Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts and develop strong relationships with decision-makers
- Continuously grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle sales, account executive, or business development roles, preferably in staffing or B2B environments
- Proven ability to generate pipelines, close deals, and manage client relationships
- Experience running discovery calls, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts
- High level of ownership, accountability, and drive for results
- Resilience and competitiveness, motivated by goals and performance
