Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive who will manage the entire sales process from outreach to closing deals and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing new business
  • Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts and develop strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Continuously grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle sales, account executive, or business development roles, preferably in staffing or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to generate pipelines, close deals, and manage client relationships
  • Experience running discovery calls, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and drive for results
  • Resilience and competitiveness, motivated by goals and performance
