Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive (mid-market) to manage post-sale client relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned client accounts
- Take ownership of account growth and retention, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Guide clients through product enablement and ensure consistent product utilization to prevent churn
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Executive experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and COBRA preferred
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
- Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
