Job Summary
Account Executive is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building a pipeline, and closing deals in mid-market SaaS companies, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing multiple buyer personas
- Source a portion of the pipeline through outbound efforts and prioritize target accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide reliable forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven record of quota attainment
- Experience sourcing pipeline independently and opening doors
- Organized and process-driven with clean CRM management
- Strong discovery instincts to understand buyer problems
- Experience in edtech, health tech, or fintech is a plus
