Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of clients, the full-time Account Executive will manage and expand Intermedia's customer base through upselling and cross-selling cloud communication solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and manage an assigned book of business, driving retention and expansion of cloud solutions
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively prospect and acquire new customers through targeted outreach and partner referrals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management
- Demonstrated success in sales and executive relationship building
- Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications
- Experience with UCaaS or similar services is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
