Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through existing customer expansion, the full-time remote Account Executive - Customer Base will engage proactively with clients, manage complex sales cycles, and leverage internal resources to enhance service offerings.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive add-on business sales into existing OSV accounts while collaborating with internal teams
  • Implement value-selling processes and maintain customer relationships in coordination with the Customer Success Manager
  • Manage and oversee contract sales initiatives while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
  • 3+ years of selling experience to organizations with 1,000 or more employees
  • Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and effectively positioning solutions
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic partners and alliances
