Job Summary

To support permissions revenue growth, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage relationships with pharmaceutical agencies and other accounts, respond to sales inquiries, and assist in licensing negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and support Account Managers with customer engagement
  • Manage and track customer requests using platforms like RightsLink and Salesforce
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling licensing solutions
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a relevant field
  • Experience in sales, account management, or licensing
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing licensing agreements
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
