Job Summary

Owning the full SMB sales cycle, the full-time remote Account Executive will aggressively prospect and close deals in a high-velocity environment, managing a pipeline with precision and exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Hunt and close sales by self-sourcing outbound prospects and converting SQLs from SDRs
  • Master short sales cycles, moving prospects from cold outreach to closed-won within 1-2 weeks
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot with high activity metrics and accurate forecasting
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sales / Account Executive experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS or tech environments
  • Mastery of Pipedrive or similar CRM tools, along with prospecting tools like Sales Navigator
  • Strong cold calling skills with a proven ability to create urgency and drive discovery
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level)
  • Reliable remote work setup, including a laptop/desktop with stable internet and a professional headset
