Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time High Velocity Account Executive will drive business growth by managing prospecting, consultative sales processes, and product demonstrations remotely while exceeding revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Manage multiple sales opportunities with urgency and precision to close deals effectively
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS or high-velocity environments
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers
- Experience in HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software is a plus
