Job Summary

To support a growing marketing agency in the financial services sector, the part-time remote Account Executive will manage warm strategy calls, consultatively sell to financial advisors, and help build the sales function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities
  • Taking 5-10 warm strategy calls per week with pre-qualified buyers
  • Consultative selling to financial advisors and firm owners
  • Building out the sales playbook in collaboration with the founder, including objection libraries and CRM workflows
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience in retainers, coaching, consulting, or financial services
  • A documented close rate of 25%+ on all warm leads
  • Proven track record of $150k+/yr performance-based compensation
  • Experience in shaping sales processes at a previous company
  • Availability during US business hours
