Job Summary
Joining a dynamic early sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle for commercial accounts, focusing on consultative discovery and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for commercial accounts
- Conduct structured, consultative discovery to align Vantage's capabilities with prospect needs
- Collaborate with the SDR team and contribute to playbook development to shape team operations
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in developer tools, infrastructure, or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a closing role
- Ability to sell to both engineers and finance/ops leaders
- Strong discovery instincts with a focus on identifying genuine pain points
- Startup mentality with a proactive approach to ambiguity and autonomy
