Job Summary

Experienced in client management, the full-time remote Account Executive will develop deep knowledge of client accounts, take ownership of client success, and actively manage project processes to drive account growth and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop deep knowledge of client accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Manage client service tasks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and retention, utilizing HubSpot to track and advance deals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a remote sales position, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or design agency
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with mar-tech tools like Slack and Teamwork
  • Consultative sales approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
