Job Summary

Managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers, the full-time salaried Full Cycle Account Executive will drive transformation deals ranging from $50,000 to $200,000, focusing on Agile, AI adoption, and organizational change in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on the risks of the status quo
  • Expand accounts by engaging with strategic customers to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Own the full deal lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation services
  • 2+ years of account management experience with a substantial book of business
  • Proven success in closing deals of $50K-$200K involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to create urgency
  • Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts
