Job Summary

Proactively managing a dedicated portfolio of high-value existing Business and Corporate customers, the full-time Account Executive will focus on relationship management, consultative selling, and compliance to drive client growth and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Utilize consultative skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and charge volume
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and sales practices while collaborating with internal teams for product cross-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of excellent sales experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in consultative selling and overcoming objections with key decision-makers
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and American Express products and services
