Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, consult with businesses to convert them into paying customers, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert and manage your own account pipeline
  • Provide top-notch customer service and gather feedback to influence product improvements
  • Collaborate across departments to share insights and enhance client relations
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in AE sales within SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools
  • Strong ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
