Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle in a hybrid, territory-based role, the full-time Account Executive will actively prospect for new business while managing and growing existing client relationships, delivering tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills using phone, email, social media, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions, with a willingness to learn
