Job Summary
To enhance client relationships and drive account growth, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage post-sale client interactions, ensuring customer success and retention while identifying upsell opportunities and promoting product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned client accounts
- Take ownership of account growth and retention, directly contributing to increased annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Guide clients through best practices and advanced product features to maximize value and ensure adoption
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Executive experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, Retiree Billing, and FMLA Billing preferred
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
- Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
